At The Vitruvian Method, my goal is to provide a seamless, professional, and restorative in-home massage experience. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review the following policies before booking your session.

Deposit & Payment PolicyA non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment:
• 60-minute session → $50 deposit
• 90-minute session → $75 deposit
• 120-minute session → $100 depositThe remaining balance is due at the time of your session. I accept:
• Cash
• Transfer apps (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp)
• Credit cards via SquareCancellation & Rescheduling PolicyAs a mobile massage therapist, I reserve dedicated time for each client, and last-minute cancellations significantly impact my schedule.• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance → Your deposit will be fully refunded.• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance → Your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance → Your deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future session.No-shows or cancellations upon arrival will result in the full session being charged.To cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit.Late Arrival PolicyBecause I travel to your location, your session begins at the scheduled time. Please be ready for your appointment upon my arrival.If an unavoidable delay occurs, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings.Referral ProgramLove your massage?
