Payment Policy
All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. This keeps your appointment reserved, keeps things simple, and avoids checkout delays after your session.If you’re a returning client and prefer to pay with a different method (cash, Venmo, etc.), please reach out before booking — I’m happy to schedule your session manually.
.Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours before your session time for a refund minus processing fees.If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, your payment is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future session.
.Illness & Rescheduling Due to Health
If you're feeling unwell or contagious, please reschedule your session, your health and mine are both important. I'm happy to accommodate when needed.However, frequent short-notice reschedules, even for illness, may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings. I appreciate your honesty and consideration.If you're experiencing a condition that may affect your ability to safely receive massage (including pregnancy-related complications), please reach out before your session so we can determine whether massage is appropriate or if provider clearance is needed.
.Arrival & Session Start Time
In-Studio Sessions
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session so you can receive your full appointment. For first-time clients, or if you are unfamiliar with the location, it's recommended to allow a few extra minutes to find parking and get settled.If a session starts late due to circumstances on your end, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients' appointments. If the session begins late due to my delay, you will still receive your full session time.Mobile Sessions
I typically arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled session to allow for setup and a quick check-in. Please have a clean, private space cleared in advance with enough room for the massage table and for me to move around it comfortably (approx. 6x9 feet)If we begin late due to my delay, you'll still receive your full session time. However, if the delay is due to circumstances on your end, we'll still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients' appointments.
.Minors & Guardian Consent
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide written consent prior to the session. A guardian must be present at the studio or home during the appointment, and for younger clients, may need to remain in the room throughout the session depending on age and comfort level.A separate intake and consent form will be provided for minor clients. Proof of guardianship may be requested if necessary. These steps help ensure a safe, professional, and supportive experience for everyone involved
.Respect & Boundaries
Massage is a therapeutic service. Any inappropriate language, behavior, or sexual innuendo will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and a permanent refusal of future services.In addition, I reserve the right to end a session or refuse service at any time if I feel unsafe, disrespected, or if the environment is not suitable for professional bodywork (e.g., unsanitary conditions, aggressive pets, intoxicated individuals).
